- Ensure fairness and equality in the administration and application of statutes, policies and procedures relating to employment, promotions, compensation and benefits
- Foster an atmosphere of cooperation among administrators, faculty and staff
- Provide managers with personnel management, motivational and performance appraisal tools
- Create a diverse work environment where employees are valued and appreciated for their individual contributions, as well as their integrity and professionalism
