Immunization compliance is part the CUNY admissions process and all students taking in-person and/or hybrid courses must submit some form of immunization documentation in order to register for classes. All immunization submissions must be made on-line utilizing the secure methods provided via CUNY First. Documentation may not be submitted by email, this method is not HIPPA compliant.
Students attending less than 6 credits of in-person and/or hybrid courses are required to Submit:
- proof of COVID vaccination.
- the Online Meningitis Acknowledgement.
Students attending 6 credits or more of in-person and/or hybrid courses are required to Submit:
- proof of COVID vaccination.
- the Online Meningitis Acknowledgement.
- proof of measles, mumps & rubella (MMR) immunity via vaccination record or blood test results.
COVID and MMR submissions are uploaded to different databases. The Online Meningitis Acknowledgement is completed in a different location of CUNY First as well.
